As part of the job of modernizing the IMF Website, Vladimir Herrera created and develop several web pages for this site, including the Finance and Development Magazine web page, the entire "About IMF" web pages and the "Key Issues" web pages. Vladimir Herrera was successful in integrating Flash components as a way to revitalized the site.
